"Skills for Impact" Knowledge Sharing Speakers

📌 As a "Skills for Impact" Speaker, you play an enabler role for greater impact, by sharing various know-how with our social service professionals, volunteers and interns to further enhance the impact of their work. It is indeed an "impact multiplier" role.

📌 These could include specialized and soft skills such as instructional design, facilitation, design thinking, healthy snacking & nutrition, productivity, medical condition education, time management, creative writing, brainstorming, social media, sports, adulting, networking etc.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Design a sharing session (which ca range for 1-4 hours) to provide staff, volunteers and interns in Team SHINE with practical handles to enhance impact of their work

📌 Conduct the sharing session

Role Requirements:

📌 Have a helpful skill you are proficient with to share

📌 Able to conduct the sharing during office hours

📌 Training experience an advantage

📌 Groups and corporate volunteers are welcome

Support Given:

📌 Support in co-designing the session

📌 Support in polling Team SHINE so we can shape the contents and learning objectives

📌 SHINE will manage the registration and hosting of the session.
