Youth Volunteerism Advocate

📌 As a Youth Volunteerism Advocate, you play an important role in working alongside with our team to grow youths and youth volunteerism either through shaping volunteer opportunities and/or in facilitating a positive youth volunteering experience.

Project (Regularly, 1-3 months)

Key Responsibilities:

You can either play the role of:

1. Programming Architects - To co-create and plan out meaningful volunteer initiatives for youths, or

2. Volunteerism Facilitator & Mentor - To facilitate youth volunteering sessions and also mentor youth volunteer leaders

Role Requirements:

📌 Creative

📌 Have a passion for developing youths and also changemaking for impact

📌 Available on weekday afternoons or Saturdays

📌 Able to commit for at least 3 months

📌 Experience in working with youth or in leadership development an advantage

📌 Fully vaccinated

📌 Min 18 years old

Support Given:

📌SHINE Staff's regular check-ins with the Advocates

📌 Relevant training and knowledge sharing
