About SHINE Children and Youth Services
Established in 1976, SHINE Children and Youth Services is a registered charity and IPC member of the National Council of Social Service.
We empower children and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds through research-based Social Work and Educational Psychology programmes.
Serving around 6,000 students annually, we build resilience and offer hope for a brighter future.
