What We Do:
SHINE supports children and youth (5 to 25 y.o) through school-based, centre-based, and community-based programmes grounded in research, theories, and practice wisdom.

OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
On 1 October 2020, Mr. Lee Seng Meng succeeded Mrs. Tan-Wu Mei Ling as Executive Director of SHINE Children and Youth Services.
A registered social worker specializing in youth work, Seng Meng has been with SHINE since 2004 and held leadership roles for 17 years.
He has received numerous awards, including the Commission of Police’s Commendation (2009), Social Service Institute’s STAR Adult Educator Award (2014, 2020), and the Outstanding Social Worker Award (2019).
He was appointed Social Service Fellow in 2016.
Seng Meng holds a bachelor’s in Social Work from NUS and an MBA from NTU.
