SHINE supports children and youth aged 5 to 25 through school-based, centre-based and community-based programmes grounded in research, theory and practice wisdom. OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Executive Director
Mr Lee Seng Meng took on the role of Executive Director of SHINE Children and Youth Services in 2020. A registered social worker and highly regarded sector leader, he is recognised for his progressive leadership and contributions to Singapore’s social service sector. He serves on various national workgroups and committees to strengthen social service practice and sector development.
Seng Meng has received numerous accolades, including the Outstanding Social Worker Award 2019 conferred by the President of the Republic of Singapore, and was awarded the Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat) in 2024 for his contributions to the community.
