Attached Youth Worker

Dedicated
On-Site Support

Beyond our structured programmes, SHINE provides essential direct support through our Attached Youth Worker (AYW) model. These dedicated professionals are deployed directly into partner schools, ensuring students have immediate and consistent access to a trusted professional for social-emotional support and guidance during school hours.

The AYW is key to early intervention and integrated support, providing individualised counselling, ad-hoc group work, and working closely with school staff to manage the dynamic welfare needs of the student population.
